Online Furniture Store User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Buyer and the online furniture store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") when ordering and purchasing products through the website.
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions

- The Buyer may be any legally competent individual or legal entity that has accepted the terms of the Agreement.

2. Registration and Personal Data

- The Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data by the Store for the purposes of order processing, product delivery, and subsequent service in accordance with applicable law.
3. Product, Description, and Specifications
- The product is the furniture and related items presented on the Store's website.
- Product specifications and descriptions (sizes, materials, color, and configuration) are provided in the product card and are for informational purposes only.
- Slight discrepancies in the shade, texture, and dimensions of the product compared to the images and information on the website are possible due to the characteristics of the materials, individual display settings, and acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
- When ordering furniture with custom sizes, color, or configuration, the Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Placing an Order and Payment
- The Buyer places an order independently on the website by adding items to the cart and filling in the required information.
- After placing the order, an order confirmation is sent to the specified email or phone number.
- The product price is indicated on the website at the time of order placement and includes tax, if required by law.

5. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods
- Goods will be delivered using the method selected by the Buyer, as specified when placing the order.
- Delivery costs and delivery times depend on the region, dimensions, and weight of the goods, as well as the selected delivery service.
- The risk of accidental damage to or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery by the delivery service or a Store representative.
- Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obligated to inspect the packaging and the goods themselves for visible damage and completeness.
- If damage or shortages are discovered, the Buyer must document this with the delivery service representative or immediately contact the Store.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the seller's country.
- Goods of proper quality, unused, without signs of assembly or use, in their original condition and packaging are accepted for return (unless otherwise provided by law).
- Furniture made to custom sizes, colors, configurations, or with other custom modifications may be subject to return restrictions in accordance with law.

7. Liability of the Parties
